overdose of progynova

Hi can someone tell me if they ever had accidentally 2 tablets of Progestrone vaginally instead of 1 and also took one tablet in the evening which was sheduled, will it affect my IVF implantation?

I have not done this myself but I don’t believe it’s going to make any difference as you’ve only taken 1/2 extra. On one cycle I was for example on 2 tablets orally then the next cycle it was 3. Double check with your clinic tomorrow morning for peace of mind but honestly I think it won’t make any difference. Good luck on your journey x

Don't worry at all, will make no difference if you took one extra. Taking them few days in a row will probably make a difference as the line will become thicker, and even then will not be a problem as we need a thicker line before the transfer. Good luck with your transfer 🥰♥️

Hi Shakila. Progesterone is given to boost your own while it is building up and to support your womb lining. Your body will only use what you need, so try not to worry about an extra dose. Diane
