Our first fresh embryo transfer failed. We did an ICSI since my husband has severe infertility. He reduced alcohol, coffee, processed meat. He is taking vitamins. Sports did help since we saw a better sperm production during the times I was more active.
Does anyone have any recommendations how we can improve his sperm quality?
Does anyone know about male infertility treatment?
Thanks in advance for any replies ❤️

Hey, I hope you’re doing ok and I’m so sorry that your first round failed. 😔
We were told that there is almost no chance that we would ever get pregnant naturally and that IVF was our only option due to my partners sperm analysis. I’m not sure which vitamins you’re both taking but we were recommended Impryl for him and Inofolic alpha for me from fertility family. We went for IVF 3 months later and from the 8 eggs retrieved, 7 were fertilised with ICSI ❤️
Hi, We had male factor issues - low motility and low count. My husband took the pregnacare vitamins and had to cut out drinking alcohol completely. He also cut out saunas, baths and exercise bike for 3 months before our treatment. His count improved and hit the bottom of the normal range and motility improved also. Luckily from 7 eggs collected we got 5 blastocysts from icsi, 1 is our 16 month old son.
Hello and hope you are keeping well. I'm sorry you are going through this and take praise in coming on here and getting support. I had a very poor mobility and morphology issues. After taking 8 months , the past 3 months I cut coffee out completely, stopped alcohol , lost nearly two stone in weight and started to take all three of these Zita West male supplements. I did a seman retest and it was night and day improvement. And since the. We have conceived.1)Vitamen, Fertility Supplement for Men
Sounds like he's already doing a lot. For my husband what helped him was when he lost weight and was more active, ate better, plus he took a bunch of fertility supplements. He took two, one was called Conceptio Homme which included coq10, 800 mg DHA, vitamins E and B6, L-Carnitine, zinc, and selenium. He also took something called Tetrafolic which is another mix which has "N-acetyl-L-cysteine, betaine, amino acid, B vitamins including vitamin B9 in the form of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid in the form of glucosamine salt and zinc."
We have been recommended profertile. My partner started taking it after failed IVF. He has low sperm motility. We are now pregnant from conceiving naturally. I can't say wether profertile helped as we only took it for 2 weeks before I comcieved. But we were told it was unlikely we would get pregnant naturally, it just shows it can happen! Xxx
