Severe chronic insomnia. Deteriorating. No strength now. Almost bedridden. Help.
Already take iron,
magnesium
. No strength to talk to doctor or research or arrange medicine now. Feel scared to try new meds as due to the extremely prolonged sleep deprivation, my body is too weak/sensitive to side effects n vulnerable right now. Get severe side effects.

Withdrawing from Metropolol with magnesium?
Has anybody had success weaning themselves off of Metropolol by using
magnesium
or other “natural” beta blockers?

NHS Blood test results
I am also supplementing VIT D/B12/B COMPLEX and selenium and
magnesium
. Now my results are below only showing TSH AND T4 T4 Level 23 9.0-25 TSH 0.11 It says its an abnormal result and I am to speak with the GP, I thought a very low tsh and a high T4 was the optimum result

Nerves are just raw
Someone also said b12 robs Peter to pay Paul so I also added potassium,
magnesium
, iron and vit D. I'm so exhausted trying to figure this PA out without the help of a knowledgeable doctor that knows about the disease. Thought maybe someone had similar could make a suggestion to help .

Hi can anyone give me advice about taking

Magnesium Supplements
I'm taking 350mg soluble
magnesium
carbonate every other day, as suggested by my GP before I was diagnosed. However, I have read that
Magnesium
Glycinate is specifically recommended for absorption and also as a sleep aid of sorts.

magnesium glycinate
I finally got my magnseium glycinate which is supposed to help with sleep? I can not find the post where it was recommended and need to know a suitable dose. I bought powder so I can make any dose I need. I also learned that prednesone might be keeping me awake so I am taking it at noon.

Things I do to combat migraine.
•To combat inflammation I also take turmeric supplement tablets daily along with other dietary supplements to aid my general health and wellbeing which include
magnesium
, fish oils and a good multi vitamin daily. I recommend the Lamberts range of vitamins and minerals.

New and seeking advice re iron and vitamin D
I have never taken any medication, but I have tried most complementary approaches (
magnesium
, massage, etc.). At the moment it is worst during the day and in the evening. A parent had hemachromatosis, so I have just had my iron levels checked.
