Eptopics

I’m new to this group and would really like to be able to talk to people who have the same problem, I have suffered with eptopics most of my adult life but last year they completely disappeared and it was fantastic, I felt I had my life back, then since September this year they are back with a vengeance and this last week they are really severe, getting them in clusters most of the day which I’ve never had before, I had a halter test two weeks ago and of course it only showed a few, I have been doing lots of walking but now I won’t go out as I feel like I can’t breathe when I get them, I am on Bispropolol and Propeferone but it does nothing really to stop them, I’ve read about magnesium but not sure which one to try and the dosage, can anyone help me with this or have the same symptoms. Thank you

Take a look at this link of cardiologist Sanjay Gupta's talk on magnesium.

Hi terrier1 I’ve just sent a long text back to you no idea where that’s gone!😂but just wanted to let you know I too have had these horrible ectopics all my adult life I’m waiting for a result from a 24hr ecg having had another bout of them I’ve been taking magnesium but it’s been a bit ad hoc so was pleased to see Jean Jeanie had put a YouTube piece on from dr Gupta explaining which magnesium etc (Thank you Jean for putting it out there) my only other tips are drinking cold water splashing your face with cold water these might be distractions but sometimes they work for me I do hope you feel better soon take care - Retirement65 😊x

Hi, i had a PVC burden of 13% on my 24 hour monitor ..I refused taking any medication and started researching natural solutions …I take taurine… a-arginine… and magnesium glycinate… I changed my diest and removed gluten and refined carbs and doing all this I have reduced my PVC’s by 80%+ they are totally manageable now..
