Magnesium?
I’ve been trying to boost my vitamins and built in
magnesium
. I’ve also been reading the recent research that this could be a real wonder supplement across a range of issues? So it’s attractive! But that aside, I don’t think it’s agreeing with me.

please could you advise me the
magnesium
supplement I should take that doesn’t give you upset tummy? I was recently with fast AF and was told my
magnesium
levels were a bit low. I have permanent AF and not had an episode for 2 years. My bisoprolol was increased to 7.5 from 5mg.

I have been taking vit D and K2 for a while now and have been told that I should be taking
magnesium
to help with the absorption , only not sure which one to take, there’s so many . A friend has recommended
magnesium
bisglycinate , which I’ve not heard of.

Magnesium supplements
Does anyone use or recommend
magnesium
supplements - specifically for aiding stress and anxiety? Have been reading up on it and come across many supplements, varying varieties including
magnesium
butter (not intended for consumption but use as a cream).

Magnesium Taurate side effects.
I have taken
Magnesium
Taurate for year’s, firstly Cardiovascular Research combined and then
Magnesium
Bisglycinate and taurine separately (due to costs and needing a mortgage to buy the combined). Has anyone taken the
Magnesium
Taurate from Ethical Nutrition?

Typical…
The only thing that has changed is the addition of
magnesium
. Anyone else had this issue with
magnesium
? I’m stopping it for a couple of days to see how it goes. Typical…because I’ve already ordered some
magnesium
glycinate. The supermarket one says
magnesium
oxide and
magnesium
stearate.
