Thank you soo much to everyone who has posted advice about types of magnesium. You have all been very helpful. I am sure I have enough info now. I’m hoping that with the addition of magnesium to my meds it may prevent my permanent AF from going into a very fast episode which needed hospitalisation. Thank you again
