3 week Update
Well 3 weeks in on multiple vitamin supplementation. Helen feels she's sleeping better (she seems to be easier to get up but still feels yucky. She generally manages to get a little bit more done but we've been undone by a 4 year 3 month £600 Miele washing machine dying on us which meant a distress purchase

magnesium
Thank you soo much to everyone who has posted advice about types of magnesium. You have all been very helpful. I am sure I have enough info now. I’m hoping that with the addition of magnesium to my meds it may prevent my permanent AF from going into a very fast episode which needed hospitalisation

Hawthorn supplement helped
I have had paroxysmal AF for several years, but episodes were getting more frequent and lasting longer in the past year. I am a 53 yo female, slim build, never smoked, in good health otherwise. My mom had AF (tachycardia) for 40 yrs and my brother has V tach, so it's very much genetic. I saw the cardiologist

magnesium
please could you advise me the magnesium supplement I should take that doesn’t give you upset tummy? I was recently with fast AF and was told my magnesium levels were a bit low. I have permanent AF and not had an episode for 2 years. My bisoprolol was increased to 7.5 from 5mg. I also have a pacemaker

Can I justify Armour?
Without the GP's knowledge (and after advise on here) I came off Armour for a month in order to falsify my results so that the GP would stop getting so upset about my suppressed TSH in the hope that he would continue to treat me with a combination of T4 and Armour which I've been on for 20 years. Cortisol help please
Been feeling really tired for about 6 months and trying to work out why. The last thing I had added before this was testosterone to existing HRT, so I stopped that again about 4 months ago, so not an effect of that now. I take T3 only, have not changed dose for some time and my results are towards top

CHRONIC INSOMNIA
My last test results from May 2024 below. I’m supplementing iron, folate, vitamin C, vitamin D, b12 injections, selenium, zinc, just started B complex (first time in years). I use melatonin & magnesium glycinate at the elusive bed time. I should be mid to optimal in vitamin levels. In June 2024 I increased

Vitamine C and a flare-up?
Hello to everyone. I feel that a very large dose of vitamine C has caused my present flare and I'm just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation. I've had RA for over 30 years and after the first year or two in has settled in my hands, wrists, feet and ankles, so I consider myself lucky.

Continued Journey
I am home. I was released on Tuesday day+19. Yes, this is a significant earlier leave of hospital care than expected. The last day was busier than expected. I had an infusion of magnesium and RBCs. The Red Blood Cells was to move up anticipation of coming back on Thursday; labs, possible RBC infusion
