organic magnesium

I just wanted to share my experience with tinnitus and a magnesium supplement I’ve been taking recently.

I started taking organic magnesium for low energy and after about a month I can feel an elevated difference in mood and energy. But the other night as I lay in bed I realised that it was very quiet and I couldn’t figure out why. Then I realised that my tinnitus had been significantly reduced, Now I’m not saying it was definitely the organic magnesium but I can’t think of any other reason it would suddenly dip after 2 decades of dealing with tinnitus. Might be worth a try if nothing else has worked.

Hiya, thanks for sharing. If it works carry on. What was the name of magnesium as I take magnesium but there’s a few different ones?

I’m going to have a go! My husband takes magnesium for his arthritis and it benefits him. I tried it for my arthritis and it did nothing but I didn’t “look” at the tinnitus side of things …..
