Leg Claudication
Does anyone else have issues with leg pain when walking. I am trying to walk a mile a day and always have leg pain. I suspect peripheral artery disease. Is Peripheral artery disease a part of GCA/PMR?

Off Baricitinib and knee replacement
Hi I'm feeling tearful. I've been off Baricitinib for one week yesterday as I'm having a total knee replacement next Wednesday 13th (I had my left knee and hip replaced in 2018 before being diagnosed) and had to use walking sticks since. Already my feet and ankles are swollen and it's painful to

CoQ10 and NADH for chronic fatigue
I've been doing a little reading on these two supplements as treatments for Chronic Fatigue. Just a few articles I found through a google search. Seems like this might be promising approach but I also don't know anyone that's tried it. I'm hoping someone here could chime in... In addition to chronic

? To denerve or not to denerve?!
I’ve had preliminary local anaesthetic jabs, one side, (no steroid) in lower facet joints via pain management clinic. This is to try to identify whether it would be valuable to try denervation. Really hard for me to isolate the pain and to know how effective they were over approx. a 24 hour period.

Ropinirole as needed?
Hello everyone. I have taken low dose Ropinirole on occasion (.25mg) and alternate it with Gabapentin (300 mg) for medium RLS symptoms and to help with sleep. I do this for fear of Augmentation on Ropinirole and loss of efficacy with Gabapentin over time. Has anyone here have had experience with this

Sertraline
I have been taking sertraline for several years. Since my restless legs got worse and I have been reading about it, I am cutting back. Does anyone else think that the antidepressant made the restless legs worse? And has anyone come off the antidepressants and coped? I’m coming off from slowly so far

Desogestrel back and leg pain
Hi Everyone, I've started taking desogestrel as treatment for endometriomas and fibroids. I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks but I'm getting terrible back and leg pain every morning. It wears off a bit during the day but comes back in the evening. Also I'm having to get up every night

Tissue Salts
So, given that I was in Covent Garden on Monday, and quite literally walking past the end of their road, it felt plain rude not to call into Helios Homeopathy. Following a chat with the homeopath I decided to get a remedy called Combination 12 Tissue Salts. I need to take that for a minimum of three

New diagnosis
I have posted on this site before in regards to my daughter and her restless legs syndrome. She was on a very high dose of morphine as a last resort which of course caused augmentation and misery. She ended up in a Health Care Center and did manage to lower her dose to a manageable level with the goal

Nothing works
I'm taking 300mgs pregabalin. I've tried even more but it doesn't work. Even with tramadol 50mgs it does nothing.I can be walking around until 3.30 to 5.30. I've taken tonight my 300 pregabalin and 2 OTC ibobrufen and codeine. I've just taken 15 mgs codeine and a teaspoon of Kratom. I'm still rubbing

Ropinirole to gabapentin
I am in the process of moving from ropinirole to gabapentin. I'm now at 900mg of gabapentin and heading for 1200, and down to 3mg from 4mg of ropinirole. No obvious side effects so far. Any advice on staggering gabapentin across the day? I would have thought the aim is to eliminate RLS both during the

Good Planning Can Work.
Yesterday (Saturday) I had one of the loveliest and most memorable days that I've had for some time......I went into London to meet my DIL-to-be, to see her in the wedding dress she'd shortlisted as, 'the one'! The date had been agreed and on the calendar for a few months but I was becoming increasingly
