preparing for FET

hi all!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here, with my little one now being 11 months after a FET after 3 cycles, 2 miscarriages and a TFMR at 5 months, he was a miracle IVF baby which I am so thankful for 🙏. I have one remaining embryo in storage and looking to start a FET again in the next few months. Does anyone have any recommendations of what I can start to do now to prepare, I’ve forgotten lots from last time so anything you suggest would be gratefully received, thank you xx

Hi! I would start with taking some vitamins and supplements. I took Vitamin C, D and Zinc before my FETs, as well as oral and vaginal probiotics. Healthy diet and lifestyle too. Good luck!

Ask your clinic what supplements they would recommend .Good diet important - whole grain bread ,pasta oatmeal and brown rice Fresh fruit & veg esp raw or steamed[ overcooking reduces vitamin count] Avoid too much sugar processed foods Reduce caffeine intake - drink little tea[ maybe try some fruit tea ] & coffee Drink plenty clear fluids
