Best podcast and book resources I've found
I'm going to recommend a couple of podcast episodes and books for osteoporosis. There is so much information out there, and some of it may not be well researched. So this is what I've found most helpful so far. 1. The Bone Coach Episode #15 - He interviews Dr. Lara Giongregorio, Ph. D. who works

Calcium citrate
I can’t take calcium carbonate so take this instead but I’m having trouble finding it in a tablet/capsule size I can easily swallow. Citracal Petites are recommended but I can’t find anywhere that sells them in the UK that doesn’t have dreadful reviews on Trustpilot. Any recommendations?

My Current Stack (what is in yours?)
This is my latest stack. My goal over the last 18 months here is to develop a stack that somewhat made sense to me and then to stick with it and stop bouncing around. I feel like I am pretty close to being there. Of course it is all a crap shoot and a good amount of hopium. I have not been diagnosed

Introduction
Hello, I am new to the forum. Our son James was 1 lb when he was stillborn last summer. I shortly thereafter developed PPP with mania, hallucinations, no sleep, and delusions. I thought I had special spiritual/psychic connections with people, even strangers. I overtalked and overshared with everyone

Prozac chest pain side effect
Has anybody ever had chest pain on prozac. I started on 10mg on 11.22.22. and my chest pain started immediately, say within 20 minutes or less. After a couple of days my doctor lowered my dose to 5mg. But I'm still having pain. Does anyone know if it goes away. I've been on every other ssri and snri

Yesterday Saw My Nephrologist
Hi Everyone, Yesterday I had an appointment with my nephrologist I was being seen every three months, but my labs in October of last were stable so they had me follow up in 5 months. To my surprise my regular nephrologist left her practice so now I'm under a new Dr's care. My blood pressure was a bit

Buttery Delight Nowhere in the Queen's sight
So it didn't happen my roll recipe sits on the top of our kitchen counter. We didn't buy enough butter so my recipe was the one that didn't get made. I honestly was half relieved it took away the chance of failure, but it also took away the opportunity of glory. Yes yeast roll victory lol. I finally

Residential treatment center and Prozac
Tuesday, I'm supposed to go to a residential treatment center. I started prozac two days ago. I've had chest pains since yesterday morning, so for today he lowered my dose. Still have them. Other side effects I have are more common; Anxiety, Emotional paralysis, like inertia, I just can't do anything

Low bone density due to high levels of natural fluoride in drinking well water?
Apologies for repeating this question but I have not been able to find it on the website or any replies to it. So first question - How do I find a question that I have posted, along with any responses? But the original question - I have been diagnosed by my GP as having low bone density after a scan
