Hashimoto's?
Hi I have always been told that it is likely that my hypothyroidism was caused by taking lithium for several years. I maintain I was borderline hypothyroid long before that and that this was the cause of my mental health problems in the first place. As a result of their thinking, I was told

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with the itch caused by PBC, especially on the scalp? I can not sleep because of it!
I have only just discovered this site so I am sorry if this has been asked before. I have tried Bicarbonate of soda but it leaves my hair feeling like straw. Any tips please.

Been resting, but writing, well, talking into a computer, as the hands have decided not to play ball.
Hi all, hope you are all hanging in there, thinking of you all, Where am I? Feeling very tied latey, i can't sleep god knows why. The steroid injection has worn off, they never last long with me, so the hands have decided we are not playing ball with you at the moment Paula, oh well, life goes on,

indigestion and remedies
I've been getting a bit of what I think is indigestion (never suffered that way before, but there you go) so I grabbed some antacid tablets in the supermarket today.
