Muscle pain
I have been taking
Lipitor
40mg for 7 months. In my daily activity (just turning off a tap for the dishwasher under the sinkage) I felt like I had torn all the muscles in my right upper arm. This pain and discomfort has not gone away and it seems to be affecting my upper back and neck muscles.

Lipitor vs other statins
My cardiologist changed me from lovastatin to
Lipitor
after heart attack.
Lipitor
has a lot more side effects. I asked to be switched back and she said
Lipitor
has more cardiac benifits??Does anyone know what the heck they may be????

Another step forward with solid EP visit
I can stop Eliquis, imdur and reduce my
Lipitor
from 80 to 20 mg. Staying on sotalol for at least another 3 months, in part because I have been getting some short episodes of palptitations with activity since the summer weather arrived here in Boston. But overall another step forward.

After 16 years, Chemo last line of treatment.
All my previous therapies have had minimal side effects and/or managed with other meds such as
Lipitor
for high cholesterol, aspirin to thin blood, etc. Oncologists said I am ineligible for clinical trials because I had "too many therapies". Chemo soon and I am going to hate the side effects.

What does my stenosis diagnosis really mean?
My GP put me on
Lipitor
and a 75mg. aspirin. She said I’d probably had this for years. Both my parents had heart attacks although they died from other ailments.

Concerning question for Hematologist
My Rheumatologist put me on 10 mg of
Lipitor
along with the 81 mgs Aspirin and the micro clots ceased. I had to quit taking
Lipitor
because of elevated liver enzymes but I have continued to take the Aspirin and of course the Warfarin. Unfortunately, the micro clots began again.

Scared about upcoming angiogram
My doctor wants to put me on
Lipitor
. She says that because my cholesterol is inherited, it might not even go down that much. Aside from everything that scares me, I’m worried that I won’t be able to travel because I won’t be able to get insurance.

Effects worth side effects?
I seem to be susceptible to side effects. there must be a better way to reduce my platelet count. 10 years ago I was put on

and in 3months I was disabled with severe muscle and joint atrophy, took almost a year to basically recover. I don't like side effects....

Question about timing and sequencing of supplements
I will have the followings added: Metformin,
Lipitor
, Flowmax, K, D3, Aspirin, probiotics, Citrus Pectin (as a side note, I like Patrick's method of adding this powder to water for a few minutes and stirring and drinking it best). Right now I take everything at night before bed.
