Hi all, has anyone taken the
Lidocaine
Infusion for their fibromyalgia, and did it work for you? I will be having mine next month. What was your experience?

Metoprolol- advice please.
I react really badly to many meds and there are a couple of minor concerns listed on the sheet like advice before
lidocaine
( I have a huge amount of dental work booked); dry eyes- already have bad dry eyes and it says "can be used for an overactive thyroid" My thyroid is already right at the bottom

IV Lidocaine Experiences
Hi All 👋🏽 My first post here but I do read posts/comments pretty much daily 💜 This week I have been accepted to have IV
Lidocaine
in hopes it will help with my Fibro pain. (That rhymes 😝). I’m going for an ECG & Bloods on Monday to get the ball rolling.

Genital Ointment
She prescribed
Lidocaine
ointment. When I went to the chemist they said she had written it wrong ( Lidocine). I then asked my surgery to prescribe it, initially they refused and I have spent the past month going backwards and forwards to the surgery chemist and sexual health clinic.

Anyone get PN Nerve Block without steroid?
Just
lidocaine
. My pain doc has me scheduled for a block with just
lidocaine
, and I am wondering if that is just for diagnostic purposes. ? I have already been diagnosed with PN, so not sure if that would provide pain releif. Anyone else do a PN block without steroid, and how did you fare?

Thyroid, inflammation and dental anaesthesia
Believe it was
lidocaine
as I’d asked for adrenaline free following slightly raised heart rate while adjusting T3. The dentist thought this to be a “hot tooth” - too inflamed for the pain relief to work properly.

GCA-right thigh throbbing and pain
Some relief with
Lidocaine
patch this morning. Hip involvement? I have been experiencing this pain for months since starting prednisolone for PMR and GCA. Is this a symptom?

Vestibular papillomatosis
It's been 9 months of this and I've gone through so many tubes of cortisone and
lidocaine
. I'm finally taking action and finding a specialist.

Lidocaine infusion
Hi all I had my
lidocaine
infusion yesterday, I have everything crossed that it will work. The side effects at the minute are flu like symptoms, I'm told this should ease in a week. The infusion doesn't work straight away so I can only hope and pray that it does the job with the pain 🤞🙏

Radiation to Cervical Spine
We are ready with "miracle mouthwash" with
lidocaine
, and other over the counter meds, in addition to his already high doses of pain meds. Anyone have an idea of when these side effects could start? Thank you in advance for any input.

pain medication
I take co codamol and gabapentin, and also
lidocaine
patches, ( ralvo patches ). They do take the edge off but I am still in chronic pain. I do stretching exercises every day and also chair yoga. My mobility is affected and I can only walk short distances with a tri walker.

Treatments for CRPS
I have asked my pain consultant about
lidocaine
or ketamine infusions before and she said they only did them in intensive care (not for me). Has anyone ever had infusion treatments from the NHS for crps?

I am prescribed
lidocaine
patches plus dihydrocodeine.... which I use sparingly. But I would love to go for a walk and enjoy pain free. Also every bra I buy becomes uncomfortable very quickly.
