i’m a 43-year-old guy who’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s for five years. The meds for Parkinson sort of help. I’ve tried lots and lots of things, but the thing that made me feel the very best was B12. I think I have pernicious, anemia and Parkinson’s. I also have a very low B2 levels. If I don’t

12 year old suffering IBSD...and Aire2 breath tests. Are they any good?
Hi there, My daughter is now 12 and has suffered most of her life with cramps, loose stools/diarrhoea and bloating. After various tests throughout the years we were told last year it was ibs-d. We've been left to our devices with no support and for a while during the summer, she was symptom free

Pain management
Dear Friends: I am currently taking 20mg Methadone daily for RLS and will have painful hand surgery soon. Because Methadone blunts effects of opioids I am concerned about pain management. Any ideas how best to handle? Thank you.

haematoma -update
As suggested, I got in touch with my haem who told me to go immediately to the hospital. I didn't see her face- to- face but was seen first by a junior doctor and then had a blood test. She reported back to the haem, sending photos. The outcome was I have a course (3 days) of Tranexamic Acid (2000 mg

My husband was told by his doctor that his prostate cancer might have spread to the bone marrow. He is waiting to have Bone marrow biopsy done. Has anyone had their cancer spread to the marrow and what type of treatment have you done?

Inflammation on colonoscopy
Hi everyone I had a colonoscopy today after around a year of diarrhoea, constipation, bleeding, tenesmus, BM at least 5x day and huge amounts of mucus. Lots of biopsies were taken and there were a couple areas of inflammation in my distal rectum, also some small haemorrhoids further down. The biopsy

Symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency - that I cannot find an answer to....
I had a low Vitamin B12 (125 mg/L) and low folate. One of my symptoms was severe pins and needles - particularly my legs, feet and genital areas. Is it common to have more severe symptoms in one leg more than the other? I have quite severe pins and needs in my left leg, and milder pins and needles

MRI on Monday
My first MRI taught me that I am not claustrophobic, LOL, but the noise really made me crazy! I think this will be the first MRI since I started Xeloda earlier this year. Cancer had stopped being E + and became triple negative, not good news at all. So, hopefully this will let me and my treatment
