Mommy trying to figure things out

my name is Tanisha and I am a 48 and a mom of 4 and 3 grandkids and I’m married. I’m new to this so I don’t really know how to start. I lost my dad my job. All in an 12 month span…I suffer from depression and anxiety and this pas week has not been good. Had a bad panic attack that sent me into the hospital and been in the bed for almost a week.

I know it's not what everyone wants to hear but I promise this is only a small blip compared to your whole life. If you look from the outside of this hard time, I hope you can come to realize that most of your life has been worth it. You deserve it.
