Low Dose Naltrexone anyone?
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has tried Low Dose Naltrexone for PBC? there are so many clinical trials happening for all sorts of autoimmune diseases with LDN and many responding so well. I am asking as the fatigue and itching is driving me crazy. I am a full-time mother to a gorgeous little boy

Newbie with possible thyroid problems
My HDL cholesterol is 2.4 mmol/L (range 0.9 -2.2) which I think is ok as it is the 'good' cholesterol and my
LDL
2.8. I have had many symptoms coming and going, some consistent. Muscle aches and pains - throbbing in arm muscles enough to keep my awake at night.

Allergy to the sun
I have been diagnosed with solar urticaria and have tried all sunscreena, all combinations of antihistamines and Xolair injections, (which worked for a short time then quit working.) Has anyone tried PUVA (photosensitivity treatments) or low dose naltrexone? All I can do is wear many layers of clothes

Glycation - Atherosclerosis, Cancer, Diabetes, Aging, Alzheimers and Cataracts
Excessive glycation also leads to the formation of VLDL cholesterol - the atherogenic component of
LDL
-C. Furthermore, it leads to insulin resistance which can then proceed to the development of diabetes (the inability of the B-cells in the pancreas to generate sufficient insulin).
