Chronic Constipation Nothing is Working
Food-based does not work; nor does fibre-based, nor seeds, nor psyllium Movicol/
Laxido
/Macrogol seems to do nothing, magnesium can make me very lightheaded; probiotics do not produce bowel movement. I AM DESPERATE! Any thoughts?

laxido

Chronic constipation
I have tried fibrogel,
laxido
and lactulose none of which worked for long. Next , ducloax pico liquid , if I took the maximum dose it worked but was too violent like an explosion and I had no control. For 2 nights I took 2 dulcolax bisacodyl which worked so last night I took 1 but it didn't work.

Meh
He also prescribed me
Laxido
, as I have suffered chronic constipation for 5 months now. Laxatives are having no effect whatsoever! It feels like my whole gut is shredded and inflamed, I’m in so much pain. I look 9 months pregnant and in severe pain.

Specialist help?
She’s been on 1/2 sachet of
laxido
for last 18 months. Some weeks she’s good, some weeks she soils herself 7 or 8 times a day. She seems to have no control of it, and can’t stop it coming out. (Sorry to be gross). We’re getting no continuity of care from GP, they’re not interested.

Cutting the dose too quickly???
Hi, my 2yr old son has been on
Laxido
for about 6 months, he's been pooing every day with out pain etc for about 2 months now! We've begun to cut his 2 sachets down, very slowly. We mix them up then we've been discarding 5ml, then 10ml and so on.

Burning
He then gave me
laxido
. I am still getting burning which is more frequent and at times unbearable. He said I will have to wait for a ultrasound and to see a gastroenterologist.
