Elimination of cardiac arrhythmias using oral taurine with l-arginine with case histories: Hypothesis for nitric oxide stabilization of the sinus node

sciencedirect.com/science/a...

My mix everyday for afib (The taurine is for pacs and pvcs) is minimum one liter of this mix and one other water only - so two liters a day. If im going to mtn bike hard that day Ill drink two liters of the electrolyte mix

In one liter of water -

Taurine 8g powder – Nutricost Brand

Magnesium Chloride 500mg powder – Pure Brand

Potassium Citrate 1400mg powder approx. 1 ½ teaspoons- Bulk Supplements Brand

Beet Root Powder 1 Teaspoon – Bulk Supplements Brand

Celtic Salt - Just a pinch

This has worked for me for 8 months, no AFIB and a huge cutdown on pacs and pvcs

I would also highly suggest a METHYLATED B vitamin (pill) supplement along with L-Arginine (pill) and L-Citrulline (pill) for nitric oxide improvements.

Best of luck

No good for me, as restricted to 1 1/2 litres liquid a day.

Thanks for this, I'm considering upping my dose of Magnesium Taurate to 3 x daily which would give 2355mg Taurine.

I'm wondering what downsides there might be in taking the 8g Taurine that you take?

May I ask how frequent and for how long did you have PAF episodes before taking this mixture?

A little more than a year, afib episodes a few times a week, pacs and pvcs rampant in between

This sounds optimistic - I've emailed my cardiologist to see what he thinks of Taurine and L-Argenine .. my episodes are gradually reducing in frequency, now every month to two months ..

Thank you

add L-citrilline also, boosts nitric oxide along with l-arginine
