Change of HRT due to shortages
Hi, I've recently had to change from using 2 pumps of oestrogel gel to 1 spray of lenzetto because the pharmacy couldn't source any oestrogel. Is this the right amount as am not sleeping so well and am getting very hot at night? Should I increase the number of sprays? Thanks

Da Vinci Procedure Amazing
Folks, I had the Da Vinci removal of my twenty year old irradiated prostate this past Friday. Side effects minimal so far except for pain at robot introduction site above my navel. I am familiar with long ugly scars from previous hip replacement and fractured femur and legs and I am so thankful to not

Is HRT so bad?
I told a friend yesterday that I might need a hysterectomy (for Endo), and she said ‘oh I do hope not as you will be put on a very strong dose of HRT - surely there’s another option?’. What’s the big deal with going on HRT? Maybe I am not clued up enough but should I be more scared of it? I personally

Hi everyone, I had terrible pain in my left hip and down the thigh to just above knee last week and was worried in case it was to do with my hip replacement. However on Sunday I noticed a crop of lumpy red spots on my hip which were itchy. Called the surgery Monday morning and got a call back from GP

Hypothyroid with hair loss
hi everyone, I am recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and have had hormone issues since I was 38 (now 46). I have suffered with extensive hairloss since 38 too and not thinning - literally massive bald patches that blend into bigger patches - I now have about 35% of my hair left. (I have to wear wigs

Graduation run
I honestly never thought 9 weeks ago that I could do this. 2 years ago I was diagnosed as type 1 diabetic and had a full
knee
replacement
so this is a massive achievement for me.

I feel like I am going around in circles. Has anyone taken HRT to help with the whole thing and does it work

Blood tests showed severe vitamin deficiency, d and b12 now I self inject and take d all year round or it disappears. I have osteoporosis after

Headaches post hysterectomy
Looking for advice! I’m just 4 weeks post total hysterectomy (ovaries removed) and have started to experience bad headaches. Has anyone else experienced similar? I’ve spent roughly 3 years (on and off) in medical menopause with prostap and tibilone hrt previously and did have the odd one. Since restarting

HRT & Scleroderma
Hello there, Is anyone with scleroderma currently on HRT or had experience of taking it? And if so, did it make your symptoms better or worse? (Especially reflux which is my worst problem.) I'm currently going through the menopause - hot flushes, sleepless nights etc and wondered if I can take HRT
