Eat fat to Burn fat?
You might be in
ketosis
, (as evidenced by keto sticks/monitor) and be frustrated by not losing weight because the fat you are burning will be from the fat you are ingesting NOT from your body fat. I've put this a little clumsily, but you cannot eat fat ad libitum and hope to lose weight.

Atkins Revisited.
It is no use being in
ketosis
if what you are burning is DIETARY fat and this I think is why people are puzzled when the scale numbers aren’t changing despite the Ketostix showing wildly in the blue sector. So, what do I have to support my argument?

How much should I eat?
I am stable in
Ketosis
, and will naturally still eat my normal keto foods, But, with such a short window, am I in danger of stalling myself if I don't eat enough?

Caution
I had a TIA, ie a mini stroke, very scary, I am on beta blockers and warfarin, so the question is , was I silly to attempt a high fat diet, I did research and at the time it sounded ok as the fat would be used up etc but perhaps before one totally gets into

Anxious over Hosp visit for fast heart rate
Call me daft but I started doing the
Ketosis
diet three weeks ago and I also drink quite a lot of Pepsi Max through the day. Last Monday, I did an aerobic work out, watched a bit of TV and went to bed. Suddenly, I had a few ectopic beats and then my heart rate sped up.

Cheese Guilt...
I do understand the whole premise of
ketosis
etc. but as far as I understand it, it is still a fact that if you eat more calories than you burn, you will put on weight. However, calorie counting is not generally done on LCHF.

Giving up on keto, what am I doing wrong
I am in
Ketosis
as it shows on the urine stick. I have looked on Dr Berg and he suggests fasting and eating fatty foods like salmon and avoid chicken. Should I be weighing salads?, as I weighed everything with Weight watchers years ago.

Our ancestors, recent and past, were almost certainly never in
ketosis
, at least on a permanent basis but for people wanting to change their lifestyle some will freak out unless the urine sticks are purple, and will panic that they've somehow blown it if the stick remains pink.
