I have been attempting to stick to a 4 hour eating window. But I am not sure how much I should eat in this time.
I am stable in Ketosis, and will naturally still eat my normal keto foods, But, with such a short window, am I in danger of stalling myself if I don't eat enough?

The great thing about the Keto/IF (or LCHF/IF) combination is that most ¿all? people who do it find that they do not need to count calories.
I think it is difficult to eat enough (on a budget) on keto. I am not even properly on LCHF - and have muesli for breakfast.
Four hours is a short window - so, I think, if, within your diet, eating good food, you ate "continuously" for four hours, it would not be a problem... a bit like OMAD!
Hi, yeah. Quite OMAD. I just need to adjust it to fit my life.
I can do it easily Mon-Fri. But then, Friday afternoon to Monday morning, I am with family who think that I am too active to not be eating, and will fade away.😂 They like me to eat when they do! PLUS a 6 year old grandson at the weekends, most weeks)
I do like to mix it up and experiment! As you said, we can try it and see what happens, and jiggle it around until it works and fits.
So I would be better having it all in the one meal OR having two small 'meals'. but not nibbling my through the 4 hours. And maybe not every day?
Thanks, stored that in my memory bank. I don't think I could do it at the weekends anyway with family around, so will stick to Mon,Tue, Wed and Thur. and see how it goes. 👍
