Well done, Cookiequeen, you've now started your journey to burning fat for fuel! Enjoy that great feeling and the probable weight loss :)

ketosis means that your body is burning primarily fats for energy instead of glucose (carbs).

You should be eating a fair amount of dietary fat, but a significant fraction of your daily needs will come from your own bodyfat. Just let your appetite be your guide: if you feel the need to eat more fat, then do so; if not, don't! Your body will decide how fast it's going to burn through bodyfat (interestingly, stored fat and dietary fat go through slightly different metabolic pathways). You don't have much control over it.

Incidentally, the stick turning purple only indicates that you're excreting ketones. Your body will soon stop doing this (because it's wasteful). So if you see that the stick is less-purple next week or the week after, it doesn't mean you've dropped out of ketosis. On the contrary, it actually suggests your body is getting better at burning fat-derived fuels.
