High IronLow Ferritin
Hi, after my last results 2 months ago my ferritin level has dropped further regardless of the B12 suplaments (was told they are supposed to aid in converting
iron
to ferritin) however they have been no use. My ferritin has dropped further. Any recommendations on tests or suplaments?

Looking for some guidance please
Ps: I have had my
iron
panel checked and it is not a problem as per this group’s guidance. So I have a couple of questions: 1) Is there a world where I stay on a low dose (.125mg) of pramipexole or is it the reason I continue to have so many problems??

Does anybody know about Baclofen for RLS ?
I have been quiet for a few week's when my Ferritin levels were at 14 so a new Dr. put me on to
Iron
Sulphate and the level went up to 134 so they are wanting me to keep taking the
Iron
. I take a pill every other day with orange juice, thought it was helping my leg's and arm's but no !

8 week bloodtest
Hi all, I've been on a reduced levothyroxine dose of 125mcg for the last 8 weeks and i stopped taking the
iron
tablets as my stomach was too painful, so for the past 7 weeks i've been using an
iron
patch.

TSH levels lowered after iodine spike - advice on next steps needed
Just to state I have had various blood tests and they are all optimal (cholestral, Vitamin D,
Iron
, Vitamin B's, Ferretin, anemia and many more) I am vegetarian and always have been, but I approach every meal as a science experiment so haven't had any deficiencies.

Had an
Iron
Ferritin test last year of 103. I am due for a yearly physical with MD on Jan2 and thinking of asking for another
iron
test. I know y’all are busy with more serious cases but was wondering if you could educate me with your thoughts and opinions. Thank you.

Full iron panel results
It’s early days but I don’t feel any different 😏 also taking on board SlowDragonadvice I had a full
iron
panel blood test. The results came in today. The notes from the doctor seem to link the high ferritin with the inflammatory marker.

Benefit of iron for Restless Sleep Disorder/ADHD in children
As with adults, there do seem to be 'non responders' to

New Medichecks Results - grateful for any thoughts…advice…
And also an
iron
supplement and test again in 12 weeks. **I’ve seen the oral
iron
spray and wondered if that would be any good/ok as the vit d spray seems to be working for me? Then the medi gp said “Your tsh has reduced to 0.187, whilst your T3 and thyroxine are stable.

Timing of NDT doses
Most of the foods I eat seem to have calcium,
iron
or magnesium, and I don't want to fill up with junk like gluten free rice bread (I am on a low oxalate diet).

Update 7.7
To be expected with
iron
levels increasing. No rush, but time to consider either a phlebotomy or a Besremi dose increase. LFTs are just a bit high. AST = 48. ALT = 68. Not concerned with LFTs at this level. Lymph level low but stable = 0.66. Neut = 1.23.

Cortisol levels
Hello everyone, I have recently finally come off pramipexole after 6 months weaning off and I appear to be one of the lucky ones that the
iron
oral therapy has significantly helped my restless legs.

Good news re. blood tests
Red platelet count is still quite high 479 and also Serum
iron
level which was 47.5, so not sure whether that would indicate the need to cut the
iron
supplement back Now all I need to know is when I can stop taking the ferrous sulphate, or if there should be a reduction in the amount per day.

Blood result and raised MCV
I had a recent blood test as I've been supplementing with gentle
iron
, general A-Z vits and B12 since the spring. I particularly wanted to check up on my
iron
/ferritin status. I've never had a positive diagnosis of PA, or even of B12 deficiency as my levels have always been 'in range'.

Update on my daughter - 5 months later - Tell me what would you do if you were me? Please please help!
At least it moved, AND while I have masterfully balanced her
iron
about 75% through range - proud of myself on that one!
- Vit D
. Lack of absorption not encouraging. Was 29 in Dec, now it's 37, despite an early loading dose and 2000 iu/daily.
- Others
. Added magnesium this week.

feel like I’m an imposter here
Then I ran across the old
iron
bridge and stopped very briefly to take a couple of pics and then carried on under the shade of the trees at the end of the park, which was a blessed relief.
