Hello

I recently have been doing some private test.

I have been feeling different for last 7-9months. Constant infections, chronic fatigue, low mood just feeling like something is ruining my life also I have lymphatic colitis that I have been treated for coeliac disease.

In summary my levels are:

Prolactin 936 (norm up to 496)

Bit D 28,40

Anty TG 12.40

Anty TPO not done

FT3 4,95

FT4 16,70

Iron 60

I had thyroid scan where they have found 3 noudles which I'm not sure what this means for me

I'm arranging to see endocrinologist.

Many thanks

Kami

Every lab has a slightly different range so you need to include lab ranges with every results.

Was TSH tested?

High Prolactin common with hypothyroidism.

Have you seen copy of scan report? What size / shape are nodules? Generally under 1 cm are not investigated. Over 1cm may be aspirated to test. Are there any notable features, any comments on health & size of thyroid overall.

If you had ultrasound scan then that does not show function of thyroid / nodules & doctors look at thyroid function tests separately to decide if function is an issue.
