HELP PLEASE
He has also agreed to look at my
iron
levels, in two weeks time. But how do I get through the next few days. What kind of relief can I ask the doctor for to get me to the next stage? I should have planned this better. I would welcome any suggestions. Thanks, Richard.

estrogen levels
adrenal glands are great, pituitary is great, full blood count is great all round,
iron
is great, this was the only potentially "low" thing that popped up.

Poor Conversion T4 to T3 update and supplement advice (Magnesium, Vit B complex, Vit C)
Vitamin C - at the moment I'm adding in a small easy peeler orange each day after eating an
iron
source - any views on whether a Vit C supplement would be better? As before many thanks for the collective wisdom here

Serum Ferritin
All the other
Iron
related stuff seems to be in range, Serum
Iron
level 18.3 Serum TIBC 67 range is 45-72.
Iron
binding capacity 49. The only other thing is Vitamin B12 257 the range is 197-771 so that's not to bad I think. Just wondering has anyone else ben through this ?

At What Level Is Low B12 Treated?
Full blood count and ferritin fine, I had
iron
deficiency anaemia and have been successful treated for that and all those levels looking good. My question is, at what level should low B12 be treated?

Private Endo recommendations please
Like many of you my TSH is only checked by the NHS and always considered “in range” In recent years when I’ve visited my GP about thyroid health, bloods are done and my thyroid gets lost in translation because I have too high Vit D and high
iron
levels. I don’t take supplements for either.

Struggling with PMR and Pred
I was certainly short on Vit D, and plan to try
iron
as so many PMR sufferers are anaemic, and possibly short on B vits, since I do not eat grains. The fatigue could in part be due to a deficiency.

Endometriosis?
I’ve been for yet another scan and awaiting on results but I’m not holding my breath for any accurate or definitive information as they are a little shite (in my opinion)… 🫣 I’ve recently had some bloods and I’m anaemic which I have been consistently on & off for many many years, I was on

B12 Deficiency
It is not unusual to have a B12 problem if you are a Thyroid patient, taking a pill for B12 will alter your result for many weeks with the GP and may show that you have high levels, but not how your body is taking it up, and rather like low
Iron
will stop your Thyroid medication working properly, low

Increasing TSH with normal T3 levels.
I am still waiting on
iron
levels, Vit D, B12 etc. but wondered if anyone could explain these results? (I realise it would be helpful if I had all 3 thyroid results each time but this is what I have for now). Thanks in advance for any help 😊
