YouTube video at drug / pain clinic
So I have this amazing drug that works buprenorphine however I have had a hard time accessing it in Australia also the pharmacies have refused to fill my prescriptions even after they speak to the doctor or doctors I should say. Lucky for me I brought back a years worth knowing I would need time to fight

Try Caffeine for RLS
I've had RLS since I was young. Of course I never knew what it was, or if it even had a name until I was in my 30s. I am now 56. I have used mirapex and lyrica with success, but they made me gain weight. About 12 years ago, by accident, I found that CAFFEINE was the answer. Yes, believe it or not, caffeine

Alopecia Areata triggered by pregnancy
Hi All, I'm currently 6 months pregnant and when I was 2 months, my hairdresser noticed a bald spot on my head. That bald spot turned out to become alopecia areata - in the next few months I've lost almost all of my hair and I'm now starting to loose my eyebrows and eyelashes, assuming it will become

EMAIL from Professor Richard P Allen John Hopkins
Dear Mrs Howard I was sad hearing about your travails getting treatment for RLS. Yes buprenorphine is one of the opioids used for refractory RLS with reasonably good results. It tends to get used after methadone is tried, but it is very effective in many patients. We have long term experience

Advice for clinic mix up
Dear ladies, hoping to seek advice for a situation with our private clinic. Sorry if this ends up long winded to explain but I’ll try to be concise and wondering where we stand. We tried to have a baby naturally for 2 years before discovering my partner had sperm issues after starting ivf tests. It

Anyone had a bfp but literally no symptoms?
Now 5dp5pt, still no symptoms. This was a bad sign in cycle 1. I understand every cycle and every pregnancy is different. Second cycle I had af pains 5dp5pt resulting in bfp despite leading to mmc. Anyone had a bfp but literally ZERO symptoms?

Aluminium in Hydroxocobalamin?
Hello all, I have a sky high aluminium level, and worry if my B12 Hydroxocobalamin injections contribute to this. I buy from Germany, Hevert 1 mg ampuls. It doesn't say in the ingrediens lidt, but does anyone know if there could be a hidden aluminium salt despite this? Thanks!

More advice would be wonderful
A while back I posted on here about my journey coming off Neupro patches and transferring to a Gabapentin and had some truly great advice. I am now taking 900mg, split into 300 at around 5 o’clock and 600 around 8 o’clock. It occasionally helps and I do believe that the restless legs are not quite

VITAMIN SCARE
Lately I have been very listless and fatigued, (no I don't have that). A friend of mine suggested I try multivitamins. They have been sitting in my medicine box for a week now, I'm just too frightened to take anything new. (You know what it's like). So should I be afraid or should I just dive in.

Stopping Ropinirole
The neurosurgeon I saw in Liverpool has recommend I stop taking Ropinirole, as although it helped RLS a lot at first, I find that now I can only get a few hours sleep on it and the RLS returns quite early during the day (augmentation?). So I have to reduce from 2 to 1 mg per night for a week, then stop

Heat helps with RLS
Tonight I got up at 0245 with my typical pain after my medicine wore off. And I decided to try another natural remedy for pain called "capsaicin" in the form of a patch. I've had some luck with applying heat pads to my quads in the past but nowhere near complete relief. I would get the chemical pads
