Rheumatology 2nd appointment

I had my first rheumatology appointment earlier this month and had several blood tests, saliva test and schirmer's test done.I havent had results yet but I've recieved another letter today for another rheumatology appointment in October at a different hospital but at musco skeletal department,will this be for more tests possibly xrays?

Hi there, sometimes you will get a letter from your Consultant giving you the results of tests, and that might include details of what the next appointment is for. You can always ring their secretary and ask if you can have a copy of the letter, or ask for results, or what you are being referred for. Different consultants have different management strategies and different hospitals have different departments and facilities so it would be impossible to guess what they have planned without asking them.
