VITAMIN SCARE

Lately I have been very listless and fatigued, (no I don't have that). A friend of mine suggested I try multivitamins. They have been sitting in my medicine box for a week now, I'm just too frightened to take anything new. (You know what it's like). So should I be afraid or should I just dive in. My biggest fear is that it will not let me sleep. I asked my doctor but of course his answer was the usual. It SHOULDN'T disrupt your RLS. Yeah I know ... WTF would he know. But you guys might.

I take a multivitamin and experience no adverse affects of any kind.

Multivitamins can help a lot with energy and are good for the body.

Vitamin D3 might help. After winter with short, dull days and people staying inside the body doesn't produce as much of its own vit D3, so a supplement can help.
