Anyone had a bfp but literally no symptoms?

Now 5dp5pt, still no symptoms. This was a bad sign in cycle 1. I understand every cycle and every pregnancy is different. Second cycle I had af pains 5dp5pt resulting in bfp despite leading to mmc.

Anyone had a bfp but literally ZERO symptoms?

Hi Jessy. I hope you are ok. I don’t have any positive stories to help you as I’m still trying for my miracle myself however, I see your posts and I think maybe you might put yourself under massive stress. This journey is so hard but for your baby to be happy and snuggle he or she will want a happy mum and a comfy place to settle. Try and relax and not over think. Stress can put so much strain on the body. Have you got anything that you can do in order to de stress and relax a bit more.? xxxx

Not really. I'm aware I'm highly strung. A bit ott in some peoples minds. Just desperate to be a mum. Been off work since my mmc. Just as I got to the front of the list for counselling, they closed their doors due to covid-19. Sorry for the negative posts. Just struggling along with a not a very supportive family or partner tbh (he already has kids) x

Nothing wrong with being OTT everyone handles things differently. That’s what makes us unique. You sound very much alone which never helps in these situations. Believe me I have been there in the past as my ex partner was no support and did not support me one bit through ivf. I’m lucky now my circumstances have changed. No one can say how anyone will react with this process it’s such a hard journey as we all want it so bad. You have come so far having a MMC is a big thing to deal with. I just believe that we need stress free bodies. Keep a positive mind. Tell yourself you are pregnant make your body believe you are pregnant and your body will pick up on your stress levels dropping. From what you have said you have some more embryos in the freezer? Just tell yourself your pregnant and if your not then you can try again. You will be a mum when your body feels it can carry a baby. Which is usually when we are less stressed and least expect it. You are only 5dpt which is nothing. Your not out yet. Just keep the good vibes.Don’t beat yourself up about not feeling things.anxiety and stress do mad things to the body. You might even feel you can’t feel symptoms when your anxiety is just blocking them out. I’ve had this. Our bodies are very clever..xxxx

Me! Absolutely me! Had it not have been for OHSS i’d have had nothing. The OHSS was the only symptom ive had. No sore boobs, fatigue, sickness nothing at all. I’m 5 and a half weeks now and im tired (but not sure how much of that is self isolation & not doing much) & my boobs have just started yesterday to be a tiny bit sore again, but i promise you in my 2WW i had NOTHING xx

Thank you although like you i’m feeling a bit of a debbie downer tonight 😔 conviced im going to have a MMC, that its too good to be true.

Do you also feel like time is going ridiculously slowly!?

Do you think you’ll test early? xx

From my own experience, the signs were all there. My betas weren't doubling even though I was assured that was OK and she was always measuring 5 days behind. I also didn't get a very feint hpt til 13dp5dt. Even though my first beta was 1065!!

Keep the faith that your baby is a strong, healthy one. 2ww is torture so time for me is defo going slowly. Plus covid-19 and social distancing isn't helping!

Whens your scan? X

Thank you. Ive had a few betas (8DPT, 11DPT & 13DPT) they’ve all been ‘normal’ 11&13DPT results was just below doubling 646 & 1261 so i hope thats ok.

Scan not til 06/04/20, 2 weeks today. Its agonising 😫

Met with my friend today who is 10weeks, got pregnant first month of trying. Shes so relaxed and care free. Its awful what this journey does to you .. dont think ivf ladies can ever relax and enjoy xx

Your betas look good. Mine were just 1065, 1758, 3588 and 5391. Not doubling. Anything over 60% is supposed to be fine. Sure you'll be fine xxx

Whenever I’ve been pregnant I’ve never had symptoms early, if anything they come on a few weeks after... if that. I know you’re probably hoping for a sign that it’s worked but that just doesn’t happen, try to keep positive xxxx

I had absolutely zero symptoms and I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant. It was our final embryo and I didn’t know if we would be able to fund another round of it didn’t work. Everyday I looked in the mirror and told myself that it had worked this time. A positive mental attitude definitely helps in these situations ( I realise that it’s easier said than done especially with what’s going on in the world)

Try and relax, keep as busy as you can. Stop symptom spotting and comparing yourself to others, and definitely don’t test early.

What will be will be and it’s most definitely not over until it’s over.

Good luck 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Xx

Hi Jessy1280, yes I did. I remember crying over the phone to the nurse who was following me saying to her I thought it was over. I remember her saying to me that it was too early to have proper symptoms. I have now a 7 months old little boy. Please don’t give up. You never know for sure until test day. Take care x

I had zero symptons my whole pregnancy. I had incredible tiredness between 8 - 12 weeks but other than that nothing.

🙌 me.... I was the same as you, 1st cycle I also had no pregnancy symptoms which failed with 2 high grade embryos. 2nd cycle was exactly the same but this time the embryos were only at morula stage with only 20% chance. I convinced myself it hadnt worked, even delayed testing after getting a negative 2 days before OTT. I had the wine chilling in the fridge all ready. Well the wine was drunk but not by me! All the way through I have not had one bit of sickness, sore boobs absolutely nothing, infact if it wasnt for the weight gain I wouldn't say I was pregnant at all! But I am and he will be here in 6 weeks... everyone is so different.

Always hold on to hope because you never know xx

Good luck and 🤞 crossed 🥰

Thank you all for your positivity. I'm just scared because last cycle I did have a small amount of symptoms. Knowing that covid-19 will prevent any further treatment for some time is adding to the worry I suppose x

I didn't have any symptoms whatsover until weeks after my BFP. Now 27 weeks along. Hope that helps!

I know it's so hard and you're anxious, but try not to predict the outcome if you can help it. No point borrowing sorrow or joy from tomorrow xxx

Yes. The cycle when I had loads of symptoms was a BFN but the cycle I had nothing was a BFP... There really is no way of knowing and symptoms could be progesterone any way...

All I'm getting is lower back and hip pain. Not sure if that's from the cyclogest though as I've never been on it before. So hard to tell as although I'm on a ridiculous amount of progesterone I feel nothing. Also been temping... High temperature for me and rising but again that could be attributed to the progesterone. Cervix still high too. Driving myself batty!!! X
