. OH have shown results from the regime, now 3.5 years in....and me zilch. For years before PMR and the recent diagnosis of Type 2, I have shown symptoms of diabetes, frequent peeing, thirst, hunger even after eating etc etc.

Exercise.... not only does it make you feel better.....
I’m not feeling so good, for a myriad of reasons probably, and I’m teetering at 5mg. I know from past experience that my daily walk ‘improved’ me, I feel better psychologically, I get less pain and stiffness, my bones benefit, my energy improves, I sleep better. Family commitments for the past 2 weeks

Diabetics CAN fast
Many people think and say if u have diabetes you can no longer fast - that isn't the case. Every individual is different. If your diabetes is in control then when fasting you simply have to adjust your insulin times and dosage. I'm type 1 so I can't fast.

Difference between Diabetes type1 vs Type 2
Type 2 diabetes generally results in part from
insulin
resistance
, which means that the body has difficulty using
insulin
, along with impaired insulin secretion. As a result, glucose builds up in the bloodstream.

Increase Conversion of T4 to T3
I have recently noticed gaining weight, and feeling more hungry than usual, my doctor told me that it is slight
insulin
resistance
(after tests) and that it relates to thyroid, which is according to her underactive.

Periprostatic Fat & ADT
As with fat stored around other internal organs, visceral fat can be excessive due to elevated triglycerides (caused by glucose spikes &
insulin
resistance
.) Periprostatic fat is not an innocent energy store, it is hormonally active.

Improved and maintain

Low cortisol levels thyroid hormone levels, especially on T3/NDT
Nothing I have done so far has helped - not taking DIM for estrogen dominance, no supplements to lower blood sugar and
insulin
levels, African mango for leptin
resistance
was a complete waste of money. But when you're desperate, you just don't think rationally.
