Hi Folks, Iāve been coughing hard for two months and had multiple antibiotics, steroids antihistamines, even asthma inhalers. No improvement. Last week I had bloods, Xray for pneumonia and sputum test. The sputum test was a very firm white decent chunk of something. (Sorry). Doctor rang me late yesterday

Type 2 diabetes medication shown to benefit asthma patients.
Type 2 diabetes patients who also have asthma are benefitting from a diabetes medication, typically given to help the pancreas produce more insulin, that also improves asthma symptoms and may reduce lung and airway inflammation. These types of medication ā GLP-1 receptor agonists ā are a newer class

Despite doing three long sessions of drainage for my Sarcoidosis, Lung Fibrosis and Brochiectasis, I still get tickling sensations in the left lung. This is affecting my sleep. It goes on and on. Grunting and clearing....grunting and clearing. I had a terrible night last night, hardly slept.

Breathing Problem with once a day inhalers
I have been 2 x once a day inhalers for quite a while now, but find that no matter how I take them (together or one morning and one lunchtime) I am breathless again after about two and a half hours. I think I preferred having inhalers to take every four hours they seem to wok better. Has anyone else
