bronchiectasis, asthma and long covid
Hi, I’m about 3 months into my bronchiectasis journey since my diagnosis earlier this year. My 3 month azithromycin trial went well and is now on my repeat prescription list (with it feels like a million other things ) I went for assessment for pulmonary rehab and the physio decided I’m too affected

Doctors with Long Covid
Just saw the news item this morning about doctors suffering Long Covid. When COVID happened I must say I thought ‘they’ (doctors) must be prepared for anything due to their choice of job. (Perhaps a little uncharitably due to my anger about my own situation at the time). They are presumably exposed

Paxlovid for Covid if you have PMR
hi all. Living in France for 5 months didn’t think I would get Covid here but I did. I think it came with our guests on the plane. But in any case I have Paxlovid with me but I keep seeing things that say don’t take it if you have autoimmune disorder. Is that us? My doctor gave it to me but…. I am down

Liver detox after chemo?
I am starting Taxotere next week and received some advice from a friend fighting serious colon cancer. He told me how he detoxed his liver after each cycle. He used TUDCA Bile salts and PectaSol from ECONugenics Company. https://econugenics.com/collections/pectasol?Wickedsource=Microsoft&Wickedid

Good morning fellow Lupies! I was hoping for some opinions please. I recently accepted a new 12 week temp job (with the possibility to go perm later) and was due to start tomorrow. However, I started feeling unwell yesterday and woke up feeling worse and with a temperature and tested positive for Covid

Feeling safe in public after transplant
Hi all, I’m 3 1/2 months out from transplant. My husband and I have been isolating since COVID-19 with a few instances of freedom with a few road trips when cases were down And we did attend a wedding that was mostly outside and everyone had to test for Covid. My husband did have to attend a business

COVID anxiety
As you know from previous posts, three days ago I saw a comedy show at a small arena. I was going to wear a mask and it fell out of my boyfriends pocket. I’m not scared I’ll get covid. I tested negative this morning. Today we are going to the beach, the same beach I went to a few days before I tested
