Allergy blood test does nasal spray affect results?
Hi my son is having blood allergy test and was told no anti histamines 3 days prior to the test. Would a nasal spray affect the blood test and shouldn’t be used for 3 days either?

Mark Hyman: The Problems with Nutrition Science ~ off topic, but an interesting read as our diet's so important for good TH conversion. :)

I know you might feel a bit hopeless after the last blog where I explored why we are all so confused about what to eat. The bottom line: we are confused because we hear conflicting scientific reports, our government

Hello, A little bit of background info, I'm a 21 yr old female and I have been diagnosed with migraines with an aura. I have dealt with anxiety since high school and have had many panic attacks as well. Last January(2017) I suddenly started getting awful acid reflux, all day every day, and with it

Can someone tell me where they get Hennings from please?
Hi everyone, I'm new to writing on here. I have had an allergy test that has come back saying I am allergic to lactose. I am just wondering if anyone has Hennings and what pharmacy they get it from and if a doctor has prescribed it? I have seen various doctors who tell me to speak to a pharmacist

So like I have this issue in life, I’m not gonna say it constantly freaks me out, but it does play a big enough part in my life to where it effects my sometimes. Anyways, the issue is.. like I think I’m always allergic to stuff I have no real knowledge of if I am or not. Like if I touch raw carrots I

So I was diagnosed with asthma in 2016 when I was 22/23 after having a persistent cough for 3 years. I’ve recently been poorly which is now lingering as a persistent cough again but this time worse. I know that smoke defiently sets off my asthma but now wondering if there are other triggers such as pets

It’s been a long rode
I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in July2016. I had 26 weeks chemo then the tumor shrunk enough to have lumpectomy. I then had 6 weeks of radiation. So the chemo left me with neuropathy in my feet and fingers but getting used to it. My scans have been great, praise God! I have been on Ibrance
