Prostap- experiences/cost?
Hi all, quick one from me this time, has anyone done 3 months on prostap before their IVF cycle and if so how was it? Can I also ask if you got this on NHS or had to pay? My endometriosis pain is getting worse so I'm hoping that if I need to have this treatment to calm down the endo it could be covered

Finishing prostap
Has anyone ever had any problems with finishing prostap? My last prostap should just be finishing now. And I've got the worst headache ever that I've had for a few days also a fever and tummy pain? Anyone else had this or any advice? 😔

Prostap / Medroxyprogesterone (Depo Provera)
For 2.5 years I was given Prostap after a failed hysterectomy due to a frozen pelvis, then 18 months later endo twisted my bowel and blocked it, resulting in a rescetion. I was then put under another gynae, as my original one discharged me. For the time I was on Prostap, with add back, I would have occasional

Day 1 of Gonal-f is here, any tips
Well my week has had a few ups and downs! I was due to pick up all my medication yesterday with a view to down regging starting today. Mother Nature decided that she wasn't keen on that and AF arrived 10 days early! After the tears and snotters convincing myself that I would have to wait till next month

Mirena or no mirena? Endometriosis and symptoms
Hi Hope someone can help and give some advice from their own experiences as I find a lot of info on here really helpful. After having surgery last May to remove my left ovary, I was put on prostap injections for 6 months. Last November, my gynae then inserted the mirena coil advising me that it was best

Depo Provera
I had my meds changed from Prostap due to high BP and a locking trigger finger. Doc recommended trying Depo. I had sone lumpiness in armpit occasionally before, but now seems more prominent regular. (It is not constant) - This happens on / off. My stomach swells randomly too and aches where I had umbilical

What an utterly crap and worrying day
Having an utterly crap day. Went to see my Endo consultant this morning for a routine 6m review. I've been advised to stop my Prostap injections immediately as my bone density scan was showing bad signs. I have been on it for 18 months. After a long chat we have arrived at the point where I will try

Heavy Bleeding with Mirena Coil and Prostap Injection, what gives?
Hi, just thought I would sign up. Feeling lost really. I have suffered from heavy periods which worsened as I have got older. After meds to reduce bleeding didn't work, my GP suggested to have a Mirena coil fitted, it was too painful so the procedure was abandoned to I was booked in for a hysteroscopy

New on this forum, need help for my Dad please
Hello everybody, My dad is in his 70s and in 2015 he had 6 weeks of daily radiation. He then had regular Prostap or Zoladex injections. The last injection was in October 2016. He's been going to his oncologist every few months to have blood tests. His PSA has been around 0.1 or 0 going back as far as
