Diazepam Stomach Cramps
I’ve had numerous attempts at getting off Diazepam with sometimes a couple of years clean . Anyway this year I started taking them again. I had gone up to 40mg a day. I had considered that a low amount , one of my episodes I was taking a lot more than that. At 40mg I started a very slow taper dropping

Hypothyroid - Vit & iron levels
Hello, As recommended by this brilliant group, I have had my vitamin and iron levels tested through medichecks. My results have come back all in range, thankfully, but I know that sometimes ‘normal’ or ‘in range’ isn’t optimum. Would someone be able to look at these please and let me know any thoughts

loperamide
my doctor has advised I take this daily but I’m worried they will lose their effect over time and stop working. Does anyone else take Imodium daily and if so has this happened?

GI issues post transplant
I am now 7 months post kidney transplant. I was fortunate to never be on dialysis and had a living donor. Things are going just fine with good lab work and I feel great. I am back doing most of what I did prior to transplant. Now the reason for my question is that the only thing I have had issues

My 20 year old nephew is not showing any signs
My nephew who just turned 20 3 months ago was riding on his motorcycle when an irresponsible driver hit in to him and had a major accident. The air ambulance said if he did not have a helmet he most likely would have crushed his brain and been pronounced dead at the scene however He’s been in coma since

gut microbiota and dopamine
A growing body of evidence showed that gut microbiota dysbiosis might be associated with the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Microbiota-targeted interventions could play a protective role in PD by regulating the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis. Sodium butyrate (NaB) could improve gut microbiota

Why am I experiencing migraines, muscle twitching and generally feeling poo 💩?!
Last year year this forum was incredibly helpful when I had a very scary patch of feeling dreadful. I nearly passed out in the middle of the night. Eventually I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and haven’t felt myself since. I get some migraine symptoms like zig zagging in eye and tiredness but

Hi everyone, I’m 48 & was diagnosed with IC & Hunners ulcers after having a bladder lift in 2005 & having the mesh fall apart & get stuck in my pelvic floor wall. The mesh was of course toxic and did a number on my bladder as well. I tried EVERYTHING you could imagine & kept track of when pain would

Gummies - BE CAREFUL
There is a huge range of substances now available in the form of gummies. And gummies are made to taste nice. And this disguises that they contain active ingredients with serious effects. They themselves seem entirely innocuous. Possibly there is more concern over any sugars and sweeteners than what

How do we get a T3 test requested?
