Hi I am new here, and want to join the team!
I have completed 13 radiotherapy sessions and 4 out of a planned 35
immunotherapy
visits. We live in North Staffordshire having moved here in January from Cambridgeshire which has also contributed to my feeling isolated, this definitely wasn’t part of our plans this time last year.

About 30 to 40 years ago, there was an extensive report on portuguese television about an experiment done by two doctors in the USA. Unfortunately I don't remember the details anymore, One of them had cancer in a very advanced stage. As he had a friend who was a psychiatrist, he proposed a new experiment

LU 177
He has done chemo,
immunotherapy
and on ADT. PSA is rising, last month at 80. We are looking into the LU 177 treatment. I’m wondering if anyone in similar situation has tried this and did you get positive results? Thank you for any feedback…

Is this news to anybody?
A new treatment for terminal head and neck cancer patients - combining two
immunotherapy
drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab. The CheckMate 651 trial, funded by Bristol Myers Squibb - showed especially good results in tumors with high levels of a marker called PD-L1.

Introducing myself.
He has had wonderful treatment via the NHS including chemotherapy,
immunotherapy
and spinal surgery just over a year ago. Mike is doing very well and we are currently on holiday in Tenerife. He is a very good example of someone who is living well with cancer despite ‘a few bumps along the road.’

Since the chemotherapy was not working, and with little precedent, I was put on
immunotherapy
(Opdivo) and Lupron, and my PSA went from 21 to 0.11 after one treatment. After the 0.11 reading, my PSA readings for the next thirteen months were “undetectable”.

Update After 3 Cabazitaxel Treatments.
I have no confidence in the Bone Scan because it did not give enough information while going through the
immunotherapy
trial. Lesions did not grow in size, but they were getting more intense. I have had annual Auximen scans from 2018 to 2020. They stopped in 2021.
