Which blood tests to pay privately for?
I am about to go for another blood test, since the lab refused T3 test last time, I intend to pay privately for this, but I need to know which to ask for. GP can do TSH and T4, but wondering which private test to go for, my choices are: T3 Or FreeT3 Or do I need to spend more money and get all

No 11q or 17p deletion
Besides being Trisomy 12 and unmutated I was told by the nurse practitioner in my hematologist office that there is no 11q or 17p deletion so, does that mean I have them? I have been on watch & wait since my diagnosis of CLL in Sept of '07. Does anybody else have this as their status and if so, are

My son was diagnosed in June of 2017 with the count of 2. He received IVIG and within a week his blood platelets were up to the five hundreds. Slowly but surely they will drop down to the 20th and he'd get a treatment again. He's had about four or five treatments of the IVIG. He has not had a treatment

Cure ITP by homeopathic balancing of the immune system
Hi, Sorry to hear you are going through this. I don't have any answers other than saying for me once I got rid of the virus or whatever triggered the ITP and got my immune system balanced I improved dramatically. My story. The ITP was triggered by a bad virus or parasites that I caught in March 2017

ME/CFS is a challenge for the patients, for medical research and ethics, for all of public health, and for society. The intensified hunt for scientific evidence explaining ME/CFS has large consequences for many thousands of people. Many of the published results need repetition. But as shown in this article

This time around he ran the
Immunoglobulin
G, M and A.........G is at 510 and M is at 26, A is at 27 - normal range. - So G and M are both are low and I think...(not sure) this means the CLL is on the move and progressing as my system is having a hard time fighting infection.

Don’t stand so close to me!
I want to now live in a bubble after this year’s flu! It’s now going on a month and I’m still coughing. Thanks to Tamiflu I avoided some of the misery. However, my 3 month CLL check at Mayo came back with a dropped neutrophil count as well as a dropped hemoglobin count from last time - all from the flu

Here I go again
Hi everyone Well after 5 months med free with a count of 30 that slowly dropped over the five months to 10, I have to go back on prednisone. I’m not looking forward to two weeks in it. I have to work full time this time and I have nobody to cover me if I get a side effect. I have never been offered anything

Ibrutinib Withdrawl Symptoms?
My husband has WM and finished a 6 month course of bendeka/rituxin in November. His IgM was down to 515 and was put on Ibrutinib 2 capsules a day for 1 week, the upped to 3, with a final goal of 4 per day. He did ok on 2 pills but 3 pills gave him horrible diarrhea, constipation and agitated his diverticulosis

Newly diagnosed and searching for answers.
My daughter was diagnosed on 2-16-18 with ITP, she was medevaced to a children’s hospital. She tested positive for direct Coombs prior to her first IVIG. Her platelets at the time of transport was 15k. After treatment her platelets rose to 42k. Since then she was doing wonderful until this past Sunday
