Is it time to switch to acalabrutinib?
My WBC rose from 7.5 to 13.5 over the past few years, and I've been on
ibrutinib
for five years. Should i be worried. Should i try acalabrutinib?

Mutated and unmutated cll for dummies
Put another way, people with unmutated cll starting out on
ibrutinib
and venetoclax as a first treatment are doing just as well as those with mutated cll.

3 weeks on Ibrutinib
Saw my doctor today after 3 weeks on
ibrutinib
. WBC doubled again in 6 weeks and is now 101.70 up from 53. Needless to say I am a little nervous but my specialist doctor was not overly concerned. She says it takes time for the counts to go down. She will see me again in 4 weeks.

Long-Term Ibrutinib Therapy Reverses CD8+ T Cell Exhaustion in B Cell CLL
We investigated the number, phenotype and function of total and virus-specific CD8+ T cells in 65 patients with CLL and 14 patients undergoing long-term
ibrutinib
therapy (median 21 months).
Ibrutinib
substantially reduced the number of both CD3+ T cells and CD8+ T cells.

Time for treatment decision
There is a 50/50 split where 320 patients get obinutuzumag (gazyva) and
Ibrutinib
(imbruvica) and the other 320 patients get these two drugs along with venetoclax. Iβm so confused on what to do. If I choose to not partake in the study I will get obinutuzurnab and

Travel Insurance
I am currently taking
