Time to write in
I started
Ibrutinib
in October (had other choices) but went with this one as it seems to have a good outcome for the first time medication. Since October my WBC has come down from 140 to 50 and lymphocytes have come down the same way.

Body rash
I have been on
ibrutinib
for nearly 6 years and I'm now thinking maybe this is the first signs of it failing got no enlarged nodes as of yet . But I did suffer with skin conditions prior to treatment. I have lost weight as well although that might be through being ill and stress.Thoughts anyone

Blurred vision with Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa)
I started on the drug two months ago after having been obliged to stop
Ibrutinib
because it caused an ocular edema, the symptom of which was blurred vision. Now, two months after starting Brukinsa, I again have blurred vision.

Prolonged medication holiday
Was on
ibrutinib
followed by zanubrutinib continuously for 24 months. Muted, 13q, my oncologist took me off of zanubrutinib when I tested positive for covid on July 21, 2022. Have been off ever since, with normal labs and feeling okay.

ibrutinib
280mg and it works well in my blood tests. but I have the adverse effects that I did not have with the 3 capsules. cramps in the fingers. cough.

Omega 3
My husband has CLL and has been taking
Ibrutinib
for 3-years. I just wondered if Omega 3 is something you can take with CLL or should it be avoided? I have read a lot about it’s benefits, but not sure if it’s suitable for people with CLL. Many thanks

FLAIR trial. What comes next?
If you were on
ibrutinib
successfully were you able to continue taking it? Starting to feel a little anxious about this so any input will be most appreciated. Thank you.

Weight Loss with VenClexta
I have been on 140mg of
Ibrutinib
daily for the last 8 years. 8 months ago my Dr. added VenClexta to my regimen at 400mg daily. I initially had a hard time with nausea and vomiting daily. I now have that mostly under control with a rare episode of vomitting.
