Hello Dpt517, welcome to this wonderful supportive community. Unfortunately I can't comment on the availability of ibrutinib in Pakistan, only on my own experience with it. I've been on ibrutinib for about 4.5 years and have had only minimal side effects. To learn more about my 23 year journey with CLL you can click on my icon.
On a personal note I have travelled in Pakistan and found it to be a beautiful country.

You will find many posts, if you do a search here, about experiences with Ibrutinib. Unfortunately, I don't believe that we have other members from Pakistan who could comment on availability. Did your doctor say anything about how you would access it?
