Mirena coil?
I was told that I would have a
hysteroscopy
(I have fibroids) and that i would be fitted with a mirena coil to reduce the bleeding. I was presented with this as a fait accompli with no discussion or offering of any alternatives.

Waiting game
I had a
hysteroscopy
with D&C. They found precancerous cells. My provider wants to repeat biopsy in 3 months (unless symptoms) and basically keep an eye on things. I have concerns about waiting. I am 49 and have adult children, so that is not an issue. Any advise or experience?

Polyps with a lot of pain, bleeding & peri-menopausal.
My doctor is arranging a
hysteroscopy
and I don't want to be awake with it. I am at a loss with what to think, is it normal to have a thickening like I have straight after a period? How big do polyps have to be for concern? Do they move them automatically? Thanks in advance Vix

So fed up, is this endo or something else?
Mid-February, had an ultrasound ahead of the laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
. Small cyst was there still and had grown marginally. 2 weeks later, diagnostic laparoscopy. No cyst found, no endo, nothing. Sent home.

'Normal' ultrasound yet I'm in so much pain???
So I said to her well the
hysteroscopy
I'm booked for in August I'll cancel. It was then that she insisted I still went to it as it was very important. Why tel me to go when she reckons the scan is normal? It's upset me her saying it's normal when I've had abnormal bleeding between periods.

We've just found out I will need to have a
hysteroscopy
to investigate a polyp found during our NHS IVF cycle in March. I was hoping we could begin treatment for our FET on my next cycle in June but now it will be July at the earliest (if our appointment for the
hysteroscopy
comes through in June).

New diagnosis...SO many questions?? Stage 4 endo
I finally had a laparoscopy &
hysteroscopy
on 31/05/17, they removed my fallopian tubes and polyp. They found I have "kissing ovaries", my womb is stuck to my bowel and there's general pelvic inflammation, subsequently i have been diagnosed with severe Endometriosis (stage 4).

One for the Ladies. Have any of you had a Hysteroscopy when on NOACS
I may have to have one and was just wondering if you had to stop noacs for this. I guess it may depend on what they do as some of the precedures could cause bleeeding. Hope to hear from someone. Cassie

Starting first cycle - Any advice?
Laparoscopy,
hysteroscopy
and numerous tests later found that my uterus is atrophic (not much blood supply) probably from scarring from the ERPC and my amh is low at 3.4. This was a shock as we conceived so easily first time round.
