endometriosis and HRT
I’ve had a total
hysterectomy
and was prescribed estrogel to help with menopause. Felt great until I was then put on progesterone tablets to stop endo growing again elsewhere. The progesterone has hit me hard and obviously doesn’t suit me but I’ve been told to basically just put up with it.

LGSOC located in pleura
My ovaries were removed as part of a
hysterectomy
in 2008 hence the migration to the pleura. Debulking was to take place but surgeon said there was too much cancer. I have had chemo for secondaries. So it's incurable. Sometimes I am okay with this.

Bladder Prolapse post hysterectomy
I had full
hysterectomy
and debulking surgery in December’22 I have now developed a bladder prolapse recently. I am considering having a ring pessary inserted. Has anyone any experience of this? Will I be able to feel it? Will it affect my bowel movements? How long can it stay in place?

Doxazosin and what’s next
I have had 2 strokes, one while undergoing chemotherapy, (ovarian cancer,
hysterectomy
and chemo due to cyst burst) which had to be stopped after 2 sessions due to reactions from Pachtaxel, and Dexamethasone(steroids). Was recovering well when woke up with limited movement on right.

Hysterectomy in 20’s
I would love a
hysterectomy
as it would help solve a lot of other issues I have going on. My issue is I’m 27 with no children so the likelihood of being taken seriously for
hysterectomy
is slim to none.

Hysterectomy Consideration?
I’m considering a
hysterectomy
, I’m 34 but have had all the babies I want to have and the pain and bleeding is worse than it’s ever been now.

Do I push for surgery
As I know I 100% just want a full
hysterectomy
by ANYONE I'd have the postman do it if I could. As I'm unable to function I feel my life is being taken from me with this pain not to be dramatic but I genuinely don't feel I can cope.

GNRH Injections and Fibroids
His advice would be a complete
hysterectomy
as I do not intend to have children. He has recommended the GNRH Analogue injections which will force the symptoms of the menopause early thus hopefully stopping my periods, shrinking the fibroids and reducing the pain.

Zoladex experience
I went in for my second consultation check up today and because I’m still bleeding and in pain she doesn’t want to book in a
hysterectomy
yet because of my age (in nearly 34, I’m sterilised too) because if Zoladex isn’t stopping my pain she said a
hysterectomy
won’t.

Have been using a Femicushion which is ok but am very unsure about surgery, a
hysterectomy
. Any advice would be welcome. Can I just live with it. What other options to surgery do I have.

Endometriosis?
A few years past and these symptoms persisted and I was advised at 31 to have a
hysterectomy
so that’s what I did, unfortunately it didn’t go to plan and I suffered catastrophic bleeding and ended up being rushed down to theatre to stop the bleed, I lost that much blood my organs began to shut down and

CA-125 numbers rising
I went through 6 rounds of Chemo & had a total
hysterectomy
in September 2021. Since December of 2021 I have been in remission, & since January of 2022 I've been on Avastin treatment. But since about January of 2023 my Cancer Antigen have been rising in 2 number increments.

Anybody experienced this....
I went in for my
hysterectomy
yesterday. I have fibroids which are causing really bad flooding. I had a large one removed in January but now I have 5. I can't have an ablation and they tried to fit the coil and failed so a
hysterectomy
was offered and I took it.

Clopidrogrel and op
hope this is ok to ask any one had
hysterectomy
while on Clopidrogrel tablets I’m stroke so on it for life. It’s the bleeding aspect of it I know I’ll have to stop 7 days before but it’s the afterwards. Had a bad hemmorage last year ended up in resus so quite frightening.
