HiIs there anyone whose lgsoc is located in the pleura?
I was diagnosed in June 2020. My ovaries were removed as part of a hysterectomy in 2008 hence the migration to the pleura. Debulking was to take place but surgeon said there was too much cancer.
I have had chemo for secondaries.
So it's incurable. Sometimes I am okay with this. At the moment I m not despite the fact I am feeling well and latest scan showed no change.
Love to all you courageous ladies. You are amazing x

Hello Pinks2020, yes I have had OC problems in the interstitial space ie. In the pleura. Although it was never clear if there was a lesion or if it was mainly pleural effusion.
OC can and does travel…which can be unnerving.
I try to live in the present. As you say, your latest scan shows stable disease. I would take that and get on with something you enjoy, otherwise you can spend energy anticipating it’s return and missing the time when you feel well and up for some adventures.
We have to remember that life is incurable, so we might as well throw caution to the wind! xx
Hi LyndyThank you for your kind words. My usual take is to live 1 day at a time so am at a loss to explain why I feel so low and anxious at present. Xx
Hi Pinka2020. I am low grade on my 10th year. Had plenty going on in the intervening years. But I'm still here in reasonable health at 73 yrs. So one day at a time Pinks - do your research to fond what may help u. Best wishes and chin up. Gwen x
Hi F I had an indwelling catheter so I understand what you are going through. I think that your husband is amazing for his willingness to learn. Stay well. X
