Right Sided pelvic pain
Three years previous to the
hysterectomy
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Interstial Cystitis. And then in 2013 after the
hysterectomy
and removal of my ovaries my journey began. I have never experienced so much pain and misery in all my life continously for the last 11 years.

Now it’s getting closer I’m getting nervous and would just like to hear from anyone who’s had a
hysterectomy
and how the recovery was? Thanks

Op for Frozen Pelvis (stage 5 Endo)
Ps, Not sure I can trust my surgeon, he thinks I've got a right fallopian tube after a full
hysterectomy
without salpingo-oophorectomy. Maybe he should do a "women's reproductive organs & what is removed during a full
hysterectomy
without salpingo-oophorectomy" catch up course!"

Hi all, I had a laproscopic
hysterectomy

Total hysterectomy with oopherectomy recovery advice needed please!
This has got me thinking again about having a
hysterectomy
. The last thing I want is the hernia repair only to have to cut through that (there’ll be a mesh as well) to do a
hysterectomy
at a later date. My surgeon has given me the option to try hormone receptor blockers first.

Cancer diagnosis/Operation & impact on Fibromyalgia
Reason for my post is to ask if anyone suffering with fibromyalgia, has had a
hysterectomy
, and how it impacted their fibro symptoms afterwards.

Benefit of private consultation, Adeno & Fybroids
So I will have a
hysterectomy
on 3 July. This is completion before I have even offered an appointment to discuss my MRI results with my original NHS gynaecologist. I cannot recommend enough making a private appointment if you’re able to do so.

Confused! Adhesiolysis or Hysterectomy or Mirena!
Do I ask for a
Hysterectomy
? Do I really want the Mirena fitted? I've read so many stories of bad experiences with it.
