Will a hysterectomy help with adhesion pain?
Hi all, I’ve been put on the waiting list for a hysterectomy. I had one tube and ovary removed last year after a large chocolate cyst burst and I’m still struggling with pain. I actually think a lot of my issues might be caused by the adhesions rather than just the endometriosis. Will more surgery

Still waiting to see someone. Referred for to Gynae for heavy periods and have had two polypectomies. Bleeding even worse and have terrible stomach cramps and rectal pain. Have been told full hysterectomy, ablation or mirena coil. Mirena caused 12 weeks constant bleeding last time and was removed so

Early stage OC diagnosis & Radical hysterectomy at 37 - terrified. Can anyone give me some positive words/experiences x
I had a giant cyst, ovary and Fallopian tube removed. A CT scan with dye and bloods for tumour markers all showed as normal. But the biopsy showed stage 1a in my ovary. Surgeon said other ovary looked ‘plump’’(!) and fine. There was a small lymph node but he didn’t think significant but the oncology

Heavy feeling after radical hysterectomy
I had a total hysterectomy four weeks ago and my vagina now feels heavy. Dragging feeling. I’m worried it has prolapsed. Or is it too soon to tell. Does recovery and scar tissue feel heavy? Should I be worried. My follow up appointment isn’t for another three weeks. Has my vagina fallen? How do I

zoladex
Hi there, I am post two failed laparoscopy’s. Latest treatment for me is that I’ve been put on zoladex with the view to a full hysterectomy in 6 months time. I’m worried about the fast onset of menopause. Any advice? Many Thanks 😊

Surgery - Adhesion removal for pain & bowel issues post hysterectomy?
Wondered if anyone can share experiences of surgery post hysterectomy (my ovaries and cervix removed as well) had several surgeries to remove endo before and looked all clear at last one. I know I now have lots of adhesions and scarring - bowel and rectum looks to be stuck to top of the vagina - but

Zalkya and mood
I’m stage 4, avoiding Prostap but listed for hysterectomy. I’m on Zalkya but the thing I feared most is happening. The depression. Anyone taking it and experienced the same: does it get better? Thanks

Serous borderline tumor
Hi ladies, Where to start? I had surgery on September 16th - initially started as laparoscopic removal of fallopian tubes and left ovary (with a 5cm cyst). Surgeon thought everything looked good and while he was stitching me up - pathology in OR indicated a borderline tumor. Ended up having a radical

Nerve damage and very painful hip following surgery
Hello, I’m 12 weeks in to recovery following a total hysterectomy and deep endometriosis removed from both pelvis walls, the sacral ligament and along my bowel. Recovery has been good stomach wise however one week after surgery I have a loss of feeling to my right hip to knee (I can’t feel touch)

Feeling nervous
Hi I'm Kate, I have recently been diagnosed with OC following non urgent hysterectomy for ovarian cyst and endometriosis which was thought to be non suspicious. It is stage 1c and CT was normal so that's reassuring. I have appointment today with gynae to discuss further surgery. It is now 12 weeks
