I did the couch to 5k app last year and completed it graduated. I had a Hysterectomy in May this year I've had the all clear from Dr to start running again. I'm 5 weeks into the app and I don't remember running 20min at 5 weeks as the app changed? Just to let you know I did it tho run for 20 minutes

‘Phantom ovary pain’ when you’ve had them both removed?
Hi all, 13 weeks post-total hysterectomy and bi-lateral oophorectomy here and generally, all is well thank goodness. However, I’ve started to get what I can only describe as ‘ovulation’ pain on and off in the area where my ovaries used to be! Obviously I can’t be getting ready for a period with none

Can endo return after having ovaries removed?
Hi everyone, Question here, I have had many operations in the past to remove endo and it keeps coming back. I've had full hysterectomy and both ovaries removed. I was doing great for a year until my endo symptoms came back. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had endo return after having ovaries removed

Endometrioma treatment options
Hi all, I had a scan today to check on a cyst which was picked up on scan six weeks ago. It was a private scan done by a doctor who is convinced it is an endometrioma. I have already had a hysterectomy due to endo/adenomyosis. I only have one ovary left - and the cyst is there. It was smaller than

Hysterectomy and oophorectomy
Hi, Would like to hear anyone's experience of hysterectomy and oophorectomy, as my surgeon is suggesting it for me. I have a frozen pelvis/ bowel endo. I'm very worried about going into sudden full blown menopause, as my hormonal imbalance is horrible enough as it is! I'm not sure if it would be a case

Hysterectomy advice
Hi I have always had horrendous periods since starting aged 11. On numerous times I would have to leave school because I was in soo much pain and because I had leaked everywhere... Imagine aged 13 in class standing up and realising it was like something out of Jaws!!! 😭 I was so embarrassed and unfortunately

Waiting for surgery
Hello lovely ladies. I’ve been to see my consultant today with a view of having a hysterectomy. It hasn’t been confirmed I have OC yet, but I am experiencing many of the symptoms. Im feeling very anxious that after 6 weeks I still have not had any treatment if it is OC.....is this a good thing or not

Bleeding after 7 month on prostap
Hope somebody can help me. I have fibroids and waiting to have hysterectomy. I have been on the injection and hrt since Feb. Always had a brown discharge the doctor said it was a side effect. But 10 days ago after having intercourse I bled a bit the day after, this had carried on since then on and off
