Anxiety and emetophobia
I've had cbt treatment and also
hypnotherapy
but the last couple of months have been hell and I am missing out on a lot of social activities as well as work. I need to get the nausea under control.

Has anyone tried Hypnotherapy as a treatment for Paroxysmal AF? My GP feels it can't do any harm, and that it may help. Any thoughts?
MY AF always comes on at night, usually after I have been asleep about 2 hours and just reaching deep sleep; and then I can't get back to sleep. If my trigger is "Relaxation", as it appears, maybe I could be hypnotised to respond in some way other than going into AF?

Stuck with PTSD and want recovery desperately.
Hi, I've had ptsd like symptoms for 5 years. Bright sunlight, heat waves, and clear blue skies trigger my anxiety and panic resulting in misery, insomnia, severe fatigue, and depression. I've read the work of peter levine resolving trauma, and read your story how hypnosis worked for you. Is there a

Are my symptoms all anxiety?
I have a phobia of being sick and have had 2 courses of CBT and 1 of
hypnotherapy
. They helped but I can't seem to get on with life when feeling so sick all the time. I have been off work for 2 weeks, the first time in 8 years I have been off sick!

Don't know what to do anymore, can't function!
I was also having CBT throughout the medication, which personally I felt did not help at all, so I tried an emetophobia specialist who did
hypnotherapy
. The lady I saw was absolutely brilliant, not to mention expensive.

Anxiety, Foggy Brain, feeling out of it. Does it ever stop?
I like
hypnotherapy
and that has worked for me, somewhat - I have an amazing gal in Germany and if this keeps up, I might just have to jump on a plane and go see her. I really cant live like this, wtf! So, my question is to all of you guys on here is: will this fogginess stop?

Where to start
Are you open to
hypnotherapy
and/or acupuncture? Are you someone who is open to talking about your addiction with a therapist or counselor? Are you interested in getting into a fitness program? Start your stop smoking plan with START S = Set a quit date.

Has anyone ever received hypnosis to experience what they felt while been under deep sedation in ICU.
Many people choose not to want to remember but if you went through a life-changing experience and actually cannot remember what exactly you went through then it is quite frustrating. Other people went through the trauma but you almost go unscathed emotionally. Is it possible to feel what happened during

Hi, I'm having a spot of bother with work and wondered whether anyone has some knowledge I can use? Since I have been having troubles, returned to work, struggled to stay in work, etc I have been fighting to stay in work. The problems stem from my returning too soon without first having got my medication
