Colon Hydrotherapy
Hey everyone! So I have IBS-C, I get colon hydrotherapy once in a while. The mast time I did was before Covid so by the end of 2019. Today I got colon hydrotherapy and about 40 minutes in I threw up green/yellow liquid. We ended the session real quick. I tried looking online, it seems pretty uncommon

Has anyone done hypnosis?
I just started going to therapy again and I gotta admit I started feeling good but then some how I'm still holding onto things from the past that is messing up my current life with the ones I love most!! Things in life will be going good and I find a way to mess them up by getting in a dark funk by replaying

Hypnotherapy for nausea
I don’t like to moan about it on this site as I know that there are many who suffer far worse than I do, but I just wanted to know if any of you have tried
hypnotherapy
in order to try and address this condition?

Meditation
In conjunction with my last post and a few words of advice regarding meditation or hypnosis videos: how do I relax enough to do it? I have tried so hard many times and end up frustrated in tears because I cannot concentrate. I try deep breathing, relaxing my body, clearing my mind but thoughts keep popping

Talia Dean: 'My back pain was misdiagnosed for 15 years - now I can't dance'
By Lucy Wallis, BBC News When singer-songwriter Talia Dean was 18 years old, she started experiencing the symptoms of a condition called axial spondyloarthritis - or axial SpA. But the condition has a tendency to be overlooked in women and it took more than 15 years for her to get a diagnosis. By this

Tinnitus and Flecainide
I've been taking Flecanide (100mg 2x per day) and Metropolol for AFiB following two failed ablation for almost 3 years. My AFIB is well controlled and I've had no events during that time. I'm 65, healthy and very fit. Unfortunately, I've developed a severe case of Tinnitus that started in April 2020

Hypnosis and FND
If anyone can access neurodigest.co.uk there's a really interesting article about hypnosis and FND symptoms. It's a bit complicated but does give a great introduction to the concept of Beysian Brain (hope I've spelt that right). The case study makes for compelling reading too.

My tinnitus journey continues
I tried everything, acupuncture, supplements,
hypnotherapy
, diet changes and nothing worked. This went on for months and months. The main problem was sleep as I was getting about 2 hours a night, every time I laid down to relax I experienced terrible anxiety which made me sit bolt upright in bed.

Has anyone tried hypnotherapy?
If so i would like to hear about your experience. I'm Particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has actually seen a hypnotherapist rather than buying a CD/ downloading audio. Thanks.

Incomplete Evacuation
I have tried many treatments, including mainstream medicine,
hypnotherapy
etc without any great help. Some parts of diet make me worse but I tried the FODMAP diet, which helped a little but was so restrictive that it depressed me more.

At Rugby Fibromyalgia Support Group, we are trying to raise funds so that we can get our twice a week Hydrotherapy classes back up and running once the pandemic subsides. All of our participants are suffering more pain since we were forced to stop the classes when the pool closed last March. On Facebook

The lethargy and tiredness of IBS
I’m using
hypnotherapy
as well as probiotics. Can’t say I’m noticing much improvement. But what seems to affect my daily life a lot is the constant tiredness. I try to drink water, eat healthily, but all I want to do is lie down all day. I do try to combat this, ignore it whatever.
