Stopping Immunosuppressant Medication During an Infection? Sick-Day Planning for the Coronavirus Outbreak
If you are on weekly methotrexate, you would hold off a week or two, if you’re etanercept (Enbrel) or adalimumab (
Humira
), basically the same thing,” he says. “The idea is that you will diminish the chance that your immune system is downgraded.”

I'm taking gabapentin for fibro.. thing is I've not started taking a fortnightly injection of amgevita which is a similar to

Going to discuss with Derm to try Humira
I feel like my body needs help and at this point I think tying
Humira
is my best bet. Any advise current uses can provide is welcomed. I am just hoping that I’m making the right decision as I am ready to live a normal life.

Are you due to receive a biologic therapy in the next two weeks? Would you be happy to appear on TV?
To be eligible to take part in the show you must;
•Be aged 18+ and live in the UK
• Have an appointment to receive an infusion treatment of a biologic drug (ie. rituximab, belimumab,
etc) between 30/09/19 and 11/10/19
•Be comfortable with appearing on national TV and discussing

Connection between HUMIRA and Fatigue?
I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, and have started
HUMIRA
(2 doses taken). Before starting
HUMIRA
, I was somewhat fatigued. It was manageable because of a strong caffeine addiction. Now, however, the fatigue is unmanageable.

Anyone on Enbrel and have also stopped MTX?
I have recently switched from
Humira
to Enbrel and I heard somewhere that sometimes you can stop taking MTX when you take Enbrel and it won’t affect you adversely. Does anyone have experience with stopping the MTX after starting Enbrel? I’ve been diagnosed with PsA.

New Medication
Hi Everyone, Need some advice, I was on
Humira
for over 6 months and although I started to feel better, I was having a problem with red bumps that became sores and than took a long time to heal. My doctor this past week has decided to have me stop
Humira
and wants me to take Xeljanz XR.

Brand change of adalimumab
Since I was changed from
Humira
to Imraldi, I've had a flare of my symptoms. I spent 5 days as an inpatient with inflammation of my heart again and my bowels have flared up too. I also had a migraine today for the first time in months.
